This is an at home boxing workout that will test you to the limit. The workout is 3 phase, warm up, shadow boxing and heavy bag. As boxing workouts go, this is a bit unusual in that we are not doing 3 minute rounds, we are doing 2 minute rounds. There are a couple of other conditions that serve to make this boxing workout super tough, and it's all done in under 30 minutes.
