To end off my first deload week of 2024 after 3 months of no strength training for arm wrestling, I decided to pop by the nearby island paradise of Bali, Indonesia, for a light table practice. Little did I know, I was about to walk into a KING of THE TABLE challenge! Having traveled to Jakarta twice last year, I was interested in finding out the level of armwrestling in the other Indonesian states, so this was a really good opportunity for me.
