I went down to the Rugby World Cup with Paddy Power recently along with fellow pasty Irish lads Ruby Walsh, Donncha O'Callaghan, and Paddy himself. While in Tokyo we took in a Sumo Wrestling class with two huge Pro Sumo Wrestlers... and don't let the massive physiques of these guys fool you, they're super fit and super strong. They showed us some of their warm-up exercises which included 500 foot stomps and shuffle walking... neither of which I had the hip flexibility to nail. Much respect to Sumo Wrestlers. Brave Change.
