WWE Superstar Sheamus aka The Celtic Warrior here... Way back when I started this channel I jumped off a flight and without any sleep & wearing my fav tight white tank top I did a Leg Day Workout with Rob MacIntyre. We finished off the sesh on a base 400lbs Leg Press Machine for 3 Sets starting heavy going to light with increase in Reps each time. However you do it... Brave Change.
