In a pot of water boil goat meat chops with salt( bse we want it seasoned to the bone), aromatics i.e oninons, carrots, garloc, cloves, peppecorns,cadarmoms,leeks, celery & cinnamon. Simmer for about 1hr until it’s well cooked and tender [ ] Drain and seperate the broth from the meat and the aromatics ( you can use it to make sauce or make stews) [ ] On a hot pan heat some oil and transfer the meat there, fry until golden brown on all sides [ ] Add onions and fry them until translucent and fragrant [ ] Add other vegetables of choice (carrots, capsicums,broccoli) [ ] Spices like local curry powder, black pepper, cumin,paprika, and chili can be used to enhance the flavors [ ] And mix well on low heat. For the sauce: In a bowl Combine: Hot and sweet sauce,Worcestershire sauce,a dash of lemon juice, and Choma sauce, mix well and pour it into the pan with meat and veggies [ ] On low heat let it mix well and serve immediately with a side of choice
