This video looks at every promo and segment Scott Hall was featured in during 1996 on both WWF and WCW shows. Scott began the year working for the WWF as Razor Ramon, but history was made when he showed up on Monday Nitro to declare war on WCW. Scott Hall and Kevin Nash would become The Outsiders and the nWo was formed at Bash at the Beach 1996, changing the landscape of pro wrestling forever.
