With WWF Raw is War and WCW Monday Nitro on at the same time, fans had to choose a channel and pick a side. Reliving The War aims to cover every episode of Raw and Nitro that took place during this time period to see which company was really the best. It's the night after WrestleMania 13 and Bret Hart wants time to address fans. Bret had an excellent match with Stone Cold Steve Austin at WrestleMania, but even though Hart won, he says on Raw that the fans made him feel like he lost. This episode of Raw is centered around Bret and his heel turn. Elsewhere on the card, the rivalry between The British Bulldog and Owen Hart reaches a boiling point when it looks like the tag champions split up. On WCW Monday Nitro, the nWo want to "cash in" their Uncensored reward when Macho Man Randy Savage gets a shot at the TV title.
