But in this case, I've had to put myself in the shoes of a 9-months-pregnant woman to get a feel for how the fairer sex stay fit during pregnancy. This time I hit a CrossFit gym in Venice Beach in California and trained with 6-months-pregnant Katie Plummer, except I had a 20lbs medicine ball strapped to my belly... and now I have a new found respect for not only women who train while pregnant but also women who just walk around while expecting a child!
