Ingredient list: Boneless and skinless chicken thighs Lo Mein Noodles Small Cabbage Small Red Pepper 1 carrot (Or bag of shredded carrots) Sesame oil Mirin Sweet Wine Oyster sauce Sweet chili sauce Seasoning for chicken: 1 tablespoon garlic powder 1 tablespoon onion powder 1 teaspoon smoked paprika 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1/4 teaspoon ginger (Double this seasoning for the flour and cornstarch mixture) Sauce for chicken 2 cups Sweet Chili Sauce (I use Mae Ploy brand) 1/2 cup water 1 tablespoons Garlic Powder 1 tablespoon smoked paprika 1 tablespoon mirin pinch of black pepper Sauce for Lo Mein noodles: 1 Cup soy sauce 1 cup mirin 3 tablespoons sugar 1 tablespoon cornstarch 2 teaspoons oyster sauce 2 teaspoons garlic powder (or fresh garlic) 1 teaspoon honey A pinch of ginger A pinch of black pepper A pinch of sea salt
