MMA KRAV MAGA recently put a seminar at Tiger Muay Thai led by instructor, Ricky Manetta. Manetta's seminar focused on self defense scenarios to defuse the situation, but also the option to use offense if necessary. "I want you to become so confident you can choose to walk away," said head instructor Ricky Manetta. Krav Maga teaches realistic 'Self Defense' against 'Fighting' attacks in social settings like pubs, clubs etc. as the principle is being albe to defend yourself to the extreme – it has been born and improvised in an environment that shows no mercy.
