Maxim Dereli : " I want to make the audience jump from their seats, like last time." I can’t wait for the 8th of April. I want to make the audience jump from their seats, like last time. But I wish this fight to be even more captivating for myself and for the spectators. I myself enjoy this type of event. I want the people to be fascinated by our work. This is what we fight for, for appreciation, for the show we display. My goal for this year is to win every single fight. But for next year, I want to move to the 70 kg category, destroy the whole division and get the belt. With God’s help, maybe I’ll get a 4-men tournament as well and get the title in 70 kg. I’ll be the youngest champion in FEA history. Firstly, I’d like to thank my parents, they support me, they help me, and always give me their input. Also, my grandparents, my coach, Vitalie Zacrevschi, he’s with me every day. We work together to reach all goals. As well, I’d like to thank Octavian Orheianu, for promoting us, for his financial support. And lastly, Dorin Damir, for the FEA promotion as a whole, for giving us the opportunity to make a name for ourselves.
