Manchalo Ki Masti is a story of Six friends living in a town for work and study found an orphaned boy during a trip and decided to adopt him, giving him a new family. One day, the boy fainted, and doctors diagnosed him with a critical illness requiring expensive treatment. Unable to afford the costs, the group considered kidnapping a wealthy person for ransom but abandoned the plan when a kind woman, Aisha, offered to cover the expenses.
