Ivelisse comes into this match against Mia with a shark-like grin on her face as referee Neveah announces the submissions-only stipulation. Submissions are Ivelisse’s strong suit and Mia realizes she needs to stay on her feet to remain clear of them. Surprisingly enough, the first fall goes to Mia as she has poor Ivelisse tapping out to a body-bending hold (though not before enduring an anklelock herself). The next go-round is littered with some vicious kicks and punches, particularly some monster ones to poor Mia’s leg. A softened-up Mia soon taps to a combination Front Facelock/Waistscissors. And so it goes, back and forth, as these two supremely athletic and very evenly matched ladies unleash hell on each other with an overfull arsenal of moves including Camel Clutches, Surfboards, Crucifixes and a couple combination submissions that we don’t even have names for! The final victory is a hard fought one indeed.
