Khadija Siddiqui was attacked by her class fellow Shah Hussain, on May 3, 2016, near Shimla Hill where she, along with her driver, had gone to pick her younger sister from school. Both sisters were about to get into their car when the helmet-wearing suspect attacked Khadija with a knife and stabbed her 23 times, leaving her critically injured. Khadija remarks: My story, like other such stories, will always be an inspiration for people to never give up and stand firm with an unyielding spirit.
Just watched episode 18, the screen play, acting, and directing is just brilliant. It gets better and better.
It's a really fantastic Pakistani Drama. Story is very well written and directed. No loopholes in the story at all. From Episode 1 to last, perfect tempo and hook up the viewers. Its 10 out of 10. Perfect.
Just brilliant, exposes the lifafa culture in journalism, how stories can be twisted on tv news channels. Just because it's on tv doesn't mean it's true.
It's one of the most interesting triangle stories written in the backdrop of fuedalism, politics and power, the vices that plague the social fabric of Pakistan and one girl's struggle to stand up against it despite her middle class social status. The characters are not stereotyped as you would expect in most tv shows and the characters are very realistic. The story has been carefully crafted and the screenplay is worth your time. Definitely a favourite! Although this show is not as hyped as some of the others, the writer, director have done a wonderful job.
