Through my boxing coaching career I often been asked questions regarding kids, their diets and nutrition and training. #kids #discipline #sports Here I answer some questions and give tips and advice for your child, parenting, nutrition and activity level. It is important for children to be fit and healthy, to help build their character, for them to be challenged and improve their skills. They will learn social skills, team building skills, working on own initiative and being self motivated and determined. Their self esteem will increase along with their self confidence. They will physically get stronger, fitter, sharper and learn value of being fit and healthy. This will help them on in life. It will help build structure and routine in their life and will help burn negative energy or even just energy so they are able to have a good night sleep.
