My friends turned sisters from miss tourism Uganda 2017 came through at the studio and we made this oven roast chicken together, it was so much fun, tap and learn a thing or two. Marinade details. 1. 1tsp cumin powder 2. 1tsp ground coriander 3. 1tsp smoked paprika 4. Half tsp black pepper 5. 1tsp salt 6. Juice of one lemon 7. 2tbls extra virgin olive oil 8. 2 cloves of garlic 9. Half grated onion. Mix well and there you have your marinade for a perfect roast. You can marinate overnight or atleast 30mins before putting in the oven.
