This is how to make the best peppered turkey for beginners INGREDIENTS 1 kilo Turkey: boil with👇 2 tspn seasoning powder (to taste) 1 tspn curry 1 tspn thyme 1 tspn garlic powder 1 medium size onions (chopped) 1-2 tspn salt (to taste) Pepper mix 2-3 bell peppers 4-5 Cayenne Pepper ( shombo ) 7-8 Scotch Bonnet Pepper (Atarodo) 2 medium size Onions Fry with 1 cup vegetable oil Pour pepper and season with 1 tspn seasoning powder (to taste) 1 tspn salt (to taste) 1/2 tspn curry 1/2 tspn thyme 1 cup turkey stock Garnish with Green, red, yellow bell peppers You can double or divide the ingredients depending on the quantity you are making.
