This fruit cake is so easy to make to put together and so tasty. Everyone will love it 😊 11/2 cups flour 11/2 cups mixed fruits & nuts 250g butter or margarine 1 cup brown sugar 5 eggs 11/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp all spice 11/2 tsp flavor ( vanilla or exotic) @buchymix airfryer oven I used mixed fruits, coconut flakes, cashew nuts and dates.
