You already know I love a delicious easy cookie recipe, and that's what we have right here. These easy 5-ingredient Nutella cookie sandwiches are so good and super fun to make. The cookie recipe is an easy shortbread recipe with added chocolate chips and of course a layer of Nutella sandwiched in the middle. Ingredients for the cookie recipe: 110g salted butter, softened 55g granulated sugar 160g plain flour 80g chocolate chips 50g Nutella or spread of your choice Makes around 24 mini cookies (12 sandwiches) Bake 170C/(150C fan) 10 minutes - don’t over bake otherwise they’ll become hard and crunchy Add-ins: Add your favourite spread by swapping out the Nutella, you could use Biscoff spread, Peanut butter, Jelly/jam Tip: The best way to up your baking skills is to put down the cups and get a kitchen scale to measure your ingredients accurately Enjoy!
