In this video, I share a few of my sparring sessions & rounds where I purely focus on boxing and head movement! Note that my goal is to stay as loose and playful as possible, letting my head move and my hands go. Be sure to leave your ego out the door and just have fun, who cares if you get tagged! These are the sparring sessions I have the most fun! 🥊 LEARN OVER 300+ EFFECTIVE TECHNIQUES WITH MY NEW PROGRAM: https://www.mmashredded.com/soloprogram FIND ME: ► IG: https://www.instagram.com/mmashredded/ ► WEB: https://www.mmashredded.com ► FB: https://www.facebook.com/mmashredded/ ► SUPPORT ME & JOIN THE COMMUNITY: https://www.patreon.com/mmashredded #headmovement #boxingsparring #boxing
