Grade 9 - Nature of Roots of Quadratic Equations and Discriminant (Tagalog/Filipino Math)
Hi guys! This video discusses about the nature of roots of quadratic equations. Basically we can determine the nature of roots of quadratic equation by the determining the value of discriminant, D = b^2 - 4ac. If D is greater than 0, the roots are real and unequal. Also if D is a positive perfect square, the roots are also rational, otherwise irrational. If D is equal to0, the roots are real and equal. Lastly, if D is less than 0, the roots are imaginary and unequal. We solve different examples in how to determine the nature of roots of quadratic equation usinh the discriminant. Happy learning and enjoy watching! #math #tagalog #algebra #natureofrootsofquadraticequations
