The Global Fight League is an new Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) promotion, set to launch in 2025. The GFL is a team-based MMA promotion, where a roster of over 100 fighters will be drafted/allocated to teams. Recently, the GFL has been announcing several signings, including older fighters, ex-UFC athletes, and MMA fighters well-passed their primes, but who still bring name value to the league. In the sea of annoucements, the GFL claims to have signed a Polish fighter, Przemysław Mysiala, who spent time competing on the Ultimate Fighter, PFL, Bellator, and KSW. What is CURIOUS and WEIRD about this signing, is Przemysław Mysiala was sentenced in 2024 to 7 years in Prison for Drug Related crimes! The GFL is out of control with their signing announcements...from convicted felons serving time in prison, to fighters under contract with other promtions (whom have not signed with the GFL).
