Tilapia is one of the oldest types of fresh water fish here in Uganda and the most preferred to be eaten. In this video I share a quick, easy and delicious fish curry using fillets of tilapia. You may use any firm white fish available to you. Also make sure not to over cook the cherry tomatoes once you have added them, otherwise they will break down and the skins will come away. We don’t want that. INGREDIENTS (Serves 4) 500g Tilapia fillet, cut into cubes 2 tbsp Cooking oil 2 tbsp Flour, seasoned with black pepper, turmeric and salt 2 tbsp Curry paste 1 clove Garlic, crushed 1 tbsp Fish sauce 1 cup Coconut milk 150g Cherry tomatoes, halved 20 Basil leaves, roughly torn Enj😄y.
