Jiu Jitsu can be a hard thing to get into. First off, its horrifically intimidating to walk into a gym knowing NOTHING. Secondly, where do you even start? Is there a good gym in your town? Do gyms like new people with zero experience? The answer is yes, yes, and yes! We were all there once, we've all had our first class and trust us, it was scary as hell, oh yea and super nerve racking.
