Ajarn Sanong (also known by his fight name, Kongdet) is a very well known and respected Muay Thai fighter and trainer. He is 38 years of age but shows ZERO signs of slowing down although due to a bad hand injury he has put fighting aside and dedicated himself to breeding fighters, he is best know for breeding Muay Thai, K-1, world famous and WMC Champion Lamsongkram. P'Nong style of fighting is clinch, elbow, knee and repeat, he is also respected by everyone for his work ethic, manners and humblness nature around the camp.
