This was a quick fix for hubby as he love his Ampesi so much. I made this Ampesi with just few ingredients. #fathersday #ampesi #food #africanfood #ghanaianfood ~~~~~~~Ingredients ~~~~~~ 600g yam 3-4 plum tomatoes 1 habanero pepper 1 medium sized yellow onion 1 tbs roasted peanuts 3 small pieces of dried smoked herrings fish 1/2 grilled mackerel fish 2 boiled eggs 1/4 cup Palm oil Salt to taste
