Beach athletes need to be able to read their opponent’s moves and mount a strong block and defensive coverage. In this “from the vault” video (2021), April Ross, 3x Olympian for the U.S. Beach National Team, and NTDP Athlete Ella Connor are mic’d up during an NTDP Training Series event.
