Cung Le is a Vietnamese-American actor, retired mixed martial artist, and former kickboxing champion. He was born on May 25, 1972, in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, and later moved to the United States with his family. Le started his fighting career in San Shou, a Chinese full-contact sport, and became a world champion in the discipline. He also competed in kickboxing and MMA, with notable victories over Frank Shamrock and Rich Franklin.
