KungFu has typically been out-performed in North American circuits, afterall; simpler, cleaner fundamentals like Boxing, Muay Thai, Wrestling, Jiu Jitsu... They have dominated much else. But there's a form of KungFu that has consistently held ground in the competitive arena: Sanda. Sanda practitioners are not only beautiful for possessing that traditional grace, but also have the full body conditioning and mentality of other realer disciplines. The result being, people get confused looking at it... It's not the Kung Fu they are use to.... It's actually working very well, and in many cases, even dominating....
