Jim has been on a cutting phase and a big part of his transformation is the increase of cardio. Here is a session of a Crossfit routine and 5 x 3 min bag work with certain stipulations. Crossfit workout - 21, 16, 12, 9, 6, 3 reps of press ups and burpees to box jumps. 5 rounds of bagwork - Round 1 Straight punches Round 2 Hooks Round 3 Jabs only Round 4 Non stop hits Round 5 Power shots.
