Hello beloved people, Today we are creating an easy-to-bake, not-too-sweet, eggless, super moist carrot cake that tastes AMAZING!!! The diced pineapple, peanut butter and chocolate bits are a wonderful surprise in the cake and the generous topping of whipped cream makes it luxurious enough for dessert. These are the ingredients I used to make two 9” cakes.
