Plus, Aleister Black likes it very hot! These are some of the things I learned about this WWE Superstar with lethal strikes when I recently trained at his house in Florida. Working the Heavy Bag three one-minute rounds to warm-up, and with each round you add a strike. So you start off with two strike combos and progress up to four strike combos. And Aleister likes to use every part of the body to attack the bag so hands, feet, elbows, knees are all thrown into the mix. Toughest part of this workout was trying to catch your breath in a hot and humid garage but it's all part of the process when you dare to... Brave Change.
