I tried making homemade pizza from the scratch without an oven or pizza Pan and I hope you find this helpful INGREDIENTS PIZZA DOUGH 3 Cups flour 4 tspn Sugar 1 & 1/2 tspn Salt 2 tspn yeast 3 tablespoon oil 1 &1/2 Cup warm water PIZZA SAUCE 4-5 Medium size tomatoes 2 Scotch bonnet pepper 4 tablespoon tomato paste 1 small Onions 2 small Garlic roots 3 Tbspn cooking oil 1 tspn seasoning powder 1/2 tspn curry 1/2 tspn thyme Salt to taste Toppings: 1/2 kilo chicken breast Seasoned with: 1/2 teaspoon salt *1 tspn seasoning powder 1 teaspoon garlic & ginger powder 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper *1/2 tspn onion powder Other toppings mozzarella cheese Green bell pepper Red bell pepper Melted butter or oil for brushing. *Onion *Sweet corn You can double or divide the ingredients depending on the quantity you are making.
