We have two bouncers who have trained mostly European Sword arts (and some Kali) who's bare-hands style looks a lot like Wing Chun or JKD. Let's watch both of these two pressure test their techniques against a kickboxer. They both show different principles of wing chun in their striking pressure test. There is trapping, intercepting, parrying, jamming, and different centerline concepts.
