Actor saif ali khan is her brother. Fashion designer Saba Ali Khan is her sister. Pataudi got engaged to actor Kunal Khemu in July 2014 in Paris and married him in Mumbai on 25 January 2015. She gave birth to their daughter, Inaaya Naumi Khemu on 29 September 2017. She is the aunt of Actress Sara Ali Khan, Ibrahim Ali Khan, Taimur Ali Khan, and Jehangir Ali Khan.
