Live performance by Pancham with his team ( Manohari Singh , Basu Chakraborty , Marutirao Keer , Babloo Chakraborty & other musicians ) , Jalal Agha & Amjad Khan in a programme organized in Delhi in 1976 for promoting family planning . Probably this was the programme in which Kishore Kumar refused to sing due to differences with that time Government . As a result , his songs were banned on Govt. media like All India Radio ( Akashwani ) , Doordarshan , etc. w. e. f. 4th May , 1976 during emergency period in India .
