That's right folks, it doesn't really matter what diet fad you're following, what really matters is your Macros. Yes. Measuring & controlling how much Protein, Carbs, and Fats (your 3 Macros) you're consuming each day can, and does, get you the body you want. Who knew, right? I hooked up with the Avatar Nutrition guys and dropped between 30-40lbs (depending on which day you weighed me!) by using their App to log and count my Macros each day, and yes, I got shredded. And it wasn't that hard... I just followed their program. And this is only the beginning of my journey. Initially, I found it quick & easy to drop body fat but that also comes with a reduction of muscle mass. Now they're increasing my daily Macro allowances, meaning I can gradually bulk-up without putting on too much body fat. Hey, it's the start but it's another great start for... Brave Change.
