It’s straight down to business in this 1 fall match. With both wrestlers sporting their old school attire, there’s an equally classic feel to this back and forth encounter. With no referee on hand, the two women are not averse to taking the occasional short cut. However, both women largely play by the rules, even to the point of breaking holds when one wrestler reaches the ropes. Submissions are the technique of choice for both Renee and Taylor and it’s Renee in-particular who is able to showcase a wide array of holds. Renee applies a Boston Crab, a Camel Clutch, a Straitjacket choke and an impressive Mutalock as she strives to make Taylor tap. The action is certainly not all one way though, as Taylor chops Renee from post to post, takes her down with a flurry of kicks and locks in a Camel Clutch of her own.
