The Question as old as time.. Can karate stand up in a street fight?! Is Karate good for self defense? Is Karate a good striking style for MMA or Kickboxing?! Well I met up with my buddy, Icy Mike from @hard2hurt and we get some good sparring rounds in! Everybody wants to see Icy Mike spar (not just icy mike street beefs), everybody wants to see Sensei Seth spar (maybe not everybody though).
