But what I didn't expect was a new and improved John Cena coming back from a 6 month movie shoot in China - and he'd only gone and changed up his training (and hair!) completely... Cena is all about stretching now and he introduced me to this torture device he calls The Van Damme Machine... It is of course a Leg Stretching Machine or a Splits Machine... Either way, it was a new bit of kit I had never seen or used before but hey, it got us to almost a full Jean-Claude! This machine puts the Brave in... Brave Change.
