Ingredients: 3 Tbsp Custard powder 2 Tbsp Sugar 650ml Milk 1/4 Tsp Butter Method: In a bowl, mix 3 tbsp custard powder with 150ml milk and set aside. Heat 500ml of milk in a saucepan. Bring the milk to boil. Once the milk starts boiling, add the custard powder and milk mixture. Reduce your heat and add 1/4 Tsp of butter (optional) Cook for 5 minutes, then allow your custard to cool
