On Sundays we take time to make proper meals, in this time and era it’s laxury to cook food the traditional way so whenever there’s chance I grab it by the neck, it’s time consuming but it’s totally worth it, I’d advise you use Normal meat on bone for this recipe not the fillet but the steps stay the same.
