Diamante sweeps Chico off his feet … quite literally … to begin this 1 Fall intergender matchup. After much back and forth, the two go off the ropes, where Diamante ducks a punch and plants Chico back to the mat with a Shoulderblock. The two pull no punches, firing away with hard-hitting strikes and maneuvers. Chico whips Diamante into the corner and follows with a running Shoulderblock, then goes old school to rake Diamante’s eyes with his boot laces. Chico targets Diamante’s arms and legs with slams to the mat, elbow drops to her limbs, and claws. He also uses his fair share of foot and rope chokes. Diamante battles back, though. A running kick to the face in the corner has Chico’s knees buckling, and Diamante also goes old school, mounting the second turnbuckle with Chico in the corner and firing off a 10 count of punches to the face. A Suplex gets Diamante a 2 count, but Chico reverses an Irish Whip and delivers an elbow to the face. This sets up the match ending, featuring numerous reversals and escapes before one grappler hits a Neckbreaker out of nowhere to score the win.
