After years of “dealing with” with my anxiety, trying all natural supplements, exercise, diet changes, and prescription medication....I NEVER would have thought the answer (cure) to my anxiety would be in a book! I read this book and now, several months later, I am still without an anxiety attack, or even the worry that one might happen. I got to where I couldn’t even handle grocery shopping because waiting in line at the checkout was the most uncomfortable sensation ever. Those sensations are gone!! I couldn’t believe it when it happened, and still am in shock and elated that I can live the life I want without constant doubt and worry of another anxiety “episode”. I’m so grateful for this book and have recommended it to any and everyone I know that talks about anxiety.
This is a great book! The reason he's repeating himself is because we need to get this into our minds! We need these ideas to enter not only our conscious mind but our subconscious as well, which takes time and repetition :D
