So guys , The fight between Saul "Canelo" Alvarez and Carlos Baldomir took place on September 18, 2010, at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, California. This bout was a significant event in Canelo's early career, showcasing his growing skills and potential as a future boxing superstar. The bout was scheduled for ten rounds in the light middleweight division. At the time, Canelo was a rising star in the boxing world, known for his power, precision, and impressive record despite his young age (20 years old). A seasoned Argentine fighter, Baldomir was a former WBC and lineal welterweight champion.
